  • Where are you based?
    We are based in New Jersey.
  • What’s the condition of your pieces?
    Please note that we carry a collection of pre-loved pieces, some like new and some gently used. Items are carefully inspected and dry cleaned before being shipped out. We stand on an open-and-honest policy, so any wear and tear will be noted in the description.
  • Do you carry all sizes? multiples?
    Our collection features one-of-one curated pieces, and any multiples will be noted in the product description. We try our best to include a range of sizes, from petite to plus. If you have specific requests, please email us at info@neededcollective.com.
  • How often are new items added to the site?
    We upload items on a seasonal basis, sometimes sooner or later. Please subscribe to our mailing list for updates on upcoming collections.
  • What's your return policy?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, we’re built on customer satisfaction and want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Please feel free to email us with any questions before placing your order–we’ll gladly send over additional photos and measurements.
  • When will my item(s) ship?
    Please allow for 3-5 business days for your item(s) to ship via USPS Priority. We will notify you if there’s a delay with your shipment. If you need an order sooner, please contact us. *Once shipped, we are not responsible–please reach out to USPS with any complaints regarding lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
  • Do you offer personal shopping services?
    Yes, please email us at info@neededcollective.com with any specific requests and we’d be happy to shop on your behalf.
